Build your internal communications IT infrastructure with the help of GigaTrans specialists. Reliable data transmission channels will connect company departments, branches and warehouses into a single local network, regardless of their amount.

Today, it is impossible to imagine a successful and resilient business without seamless IT solutions. The Internet, data transmission channels, and cloud infrastructure form the foundation upon which modern businesses are built and ensure their 24/7 operation. As with any retail business, downtime can be critical. Reliability is the key to a company’s smooth operation.

For the first few days, we were figuring out how to install the first L2 due to some specific features of our building. Many scenarios were suggested: running the cables through the air, or finding some other way to pull them. In the end, the GigaTrans specialists—well done to them—found and proposed some options, and we ran these cables underground and got us connected

We haven’t had any problems with the channels. The services are provided reliably 24/7. When there were blackouts in Kyiv and the power was out for up to 35 hours, GigaTrans kept working. That’s a key indicator for me

We especially appreciate the high service quality and the team’s efficiency, showing readiness to help settle any issues. Communication channels and protection services are super important, particularly for our business specifics. What’s nonetheless important is when a contractor does more than a standard telecom services package covers, and offers prompt support and an unconventional approach to solving issues. That’s what we get from our cooperation with GigaTrans

Once in Warsaw, we faced a double failure of L2 channels provided by local operators that connected our data centers. Usually, redundancy saves the situation, but this time, both the primary and backup channels went down simultaneously. It was a case where neither Plan A nor Plan B worked. However, the GigaTrans technical team quickly brought up a new channel for us and restored connectivity within hours. We kept this third channel even after recovery, as an additional layer of protection
